Why are the prices so low?
We buy our products in wholesale or directly from the manufacturer at a special price because we order in bulk. The rebates, which we get partially by paying our suppliers in advance, we are happy to pass on to our customers. So you can find very good prices in our webshop and enjoy a selection of many products that are all in stock and ready to be shipped.z
Do I get a discount or can I negotiate the prices?
You can get 2% discount if you pay by bank transfer, because we don't have to pay any fees in this case. That is different to Paypal and other third party payment providers. If we can save money, our customers can save money too.

Do I really get A+ new condition products?
You will only get genuine products from us, that are absolutely new and are ordered from our supplier directly from the manufacturer. We know that we don't get the trust of our customers for nothing, so you are anytime welcome, to contact us in order to get a personal view.
Can I install a basement bathroom without existing plumbing?
Yes! Our toilet macerating systems can be used anywhere extra bathroom facilities are needed or wanted. Extra bathrooms can be installed in basements, attics, cottages, hotels, motels, etc.
How does a macerating upflush toilet system work?
Their main difference from standard fixtures is the discharge system, whose key components are a macerator/pump and a small-diameter pipe. The powerful macerator has a rotating blade that shreds and grinds solid material like human waste and toilet paper. When mixed with flushing water, solid material changes to a fine slurry which moves easily through a narrow pipe upward. The macerator/pump is sealed for life and requires NO maintenance! And no waste sits inside the unit like other brands.
A quiet electric-powered pump moves the fine slurry upward under pressure. The small-diameter discharge pipe (as small as 3/4" across), solves many structural problems as it can be run virtually anywhere. The fine slurry moves easily through this pipe to the normal sewage system, septic tank or holding tank.
Do I need to break up the floor to install the macerating system?
No, Saniflo can easily be installed on top of any finished floor, which totally eliminates the need to dig up a floor as present methods using a sump and sewage ejector pump requires. Additionally, there is no need to leave an accessible space, as is the case with an in-floor sump system.
Why Saniflo upflush toilets vs standard plumbing?
The greatly reduced labor costs and the incredible flexibility makes Saniflo macerating systems an economical and viable alternative when there is no pre-existing plumbing.
How long will macerating systems last?
A national recognized laboratory tested the Saniplus system for 50,000 cycles, e.g. flushed 10 x a day = 3650 x a year = 13.69 years lifetime. As this is a standard test, it was stopped after 50,000 cycles; therefore the Saniplus may last much longer, as most of our
happy customers find.
Does the system need maintenance?
No, the motor is filled with oil and sealed for life!
What warranty is provided by Saniflo?
All pump units have a full 2-year warranty. The porcelain (toilet bowl and tank) have a 1-year warranty.

Payment and Security
What kind of security do I have?
The payment service Paypal is a buyer protection, that you know from many other shops already. Cash on pickup is also an option.
Can I pay by credit card?
Payment by credit card or directbanking is only possible via PayPal. Here the credit card payment is made indirectly: The customer chooses at the end of the ordering process PayPal as method of payment. The amount will be credited to us after checking out and order processing can take place without delay. PayPal calculates the sum with you then, based on the given credit card information.
Why do I pay a Paypal-fee?
We try to keep our prices as fair and transparent as possible. Since we pay a fee for each Paypal transaction, we would have to include it in our price calculation as well. But not every customer wants to use Paypal and we want to avoid that every buyer has to pay higher prices in the end. Therefore, bank transfer is another option for our customers, because we don't need to pay any fees in this case, you will get 2% discount.

Delivery times
When do I get my order?
Pay attention to the designated delivery for each item. We have a large amount of products already in stock and can ship those immediately after payment. Look for the note saying "Stock-item" in the item's delivery information. Goods that have to be ordered from our supplier or the factory in the first place, usually have lead times of 5-20 working days; for special items, it will probably take a few days more.
Complaints
What should I do if the goods have been delivered incorrectly or defective?
Our staffs are a good team and are working very carefully. But they are only humans as well, so errors can not be entirely excluded. If you have received goods that do not correspond to your order, please contact us at any time by email, so we can take care about your complaint as soon as possible. With other complaints as well as technical problems, please contact us by email and also include some image material.
